On the coast, the weather is not really cold as the temperatures go seldom down below 15ºC, but on the other hand the air is usually saturated with moisture between 90 to 95% with the result that the feeling of cold is sharp during the winter and torrid heat during the summer... Let us not forget that the southern summer corresponds to the boreal winter.

 

Another important point, if you intend to remain on the coast, it is useless to leave raincoats... on this coastal desert, it never rains...
