Sell conditions
Deposit:
A deposit is payable for registration and make effective your confirmation equivalent to 35% at registration and the balance of 65% + the banking commission of the total 20 days before the beginning of the circuit. Not any registration will be accepted without the payment of the deposit.
These amounts are those which really need to get on the account. The bank fees are charged to the customer (indicate it to the bank which will do the transaction in case of bank transfer or take it into account when paying by internet)
Payment:
The payment for the less of the deposit (35% of the tour price) may be made either on the internet site of secure online payment agency Klik & Pay, which manages our transactions or through a bank international transfer banking to bank.
If the amount of the deposit is not very important, it will be interesting to make the deposit via the internet. The sum of the deposit will be increased by 5.5% for VISA and MASTERCARD and 6% for AMEX. That is to pay by VISA card 100.00 USD you will have to pay 105.50 dollars. In case of doubt, we can tell you the exact amount payable for confirmation of the circuit or module. Soon the transaction done we are notified immediately via email of your payment online. Moreover, according to the coverage offered by your credit card (check with your banker), the transaction will provide you a cancellation insurance and other benefits.
For important transfers, it may be wiser to make an international transfer from bank to bank because the banking commission will be fixed in this case. Warning! Puka Nina does not include in its estimate interchange fees. These are charged to the customer. That is the price of your tour will be that you need to pay to Puka Nina. Ask your banker before making a bank transfer which are the real committees that are lost during the transfer of funds: it is not uncommon for fees charged by various banks before arrival.

No circuit or module can be considered confirmed without payment of the deposit.
In case of cancellation:
If the client has to cancel his trip, monies paid will be refunded subject to the following deductions:
If the withdrawal takes place:
More than 40 days before departure:
The full amounts paid will be refunded, less any bank charges due to transfers.
Where domestic flights have already been purchased: Peru domestic flights that may have been purchased in advance, which is likely in most cases, are not reimbursable by the airlines and Puka Nina Perú can not be held responsible for the obligation to purchase the tickets early to ensure the smooth running of its services. In all cases, the ticket scanned will be sent via the Internet as proof of purchase.
Cases of Hotels 3* or more, depending on the policy of selling some of these hotels, some payments must be made well in advance to confirm a reservation. Sometimes these payments are not refundable at 100%. Puka Nina can not repay the sums that would have been advanced. We will send you the sales policies of these hotels as proof of our inability to repay.
Similarly, when booking the Inca Trail, no refund of deposit can be made for the INC, an entity that manages the Inca Trail Trek, we do not refund under any circumstances advanced fees for registration .
Check your insurance and take out cancellation insurance and trip interruption if it is not included in the coverage of your credit card.
Puka Nina is not responsible for non payment of your insurance or lack of insurance from the customer.
From 40 days to 30 days before departure:
50% of the deposit will be retained.
Less than 30 days before departure:
100% of the deposit will be retained, knowing that at that time, much of the tourist services have already been paid, and Puka Nina Perú does not assume responsibility for a so late cancellation.
We strongly recommend that you take upon confirmation of your trip cancellation insurance from your insurer that would cover what is paid by us in each case stated above.
Trip Interruption for personal reasons (health, family reasons, etc..)
In case of trip interruption, your insurance cancellation and interruption insurance MUST take the relayof Puka Nina who can not afford the payments corresponding to the rest of the trip because all benefits are paid early in the journey and often well before.
Any remaining payment (eg: services not originally intended or otherwise) should therefore have to be settled if it had been granted exceptionally between the two parties to pay the balance once in Cusco when that interruption would have occur before the arrival in Cusco.
Issue:
In different cases, a settlement is first proposed. If it fails, Puka Nina Perú, peruvian law company is subject for this reason at contracts and peruvian laws of tourism. The Peruvian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.
Insurance:
We ask you to take compulsory a repatriation assistance insurance (where you purchased your ticket with your Visa card, you may be assured that your credit card guarantee it. Inquire about that at your bank as coverages vary by type of credit card you have). If you don't want to purchase any insurance, you are required to prevent Puka Nina Perú for which you will sign a liability waiver and wich in no way will be a substitute for any insurance company.
Disclaimer:
Passports, vaccinations: Puka Nina Perú does not replace the individual responsibility of each participant. They must comply with the regulations and procedures of police, customs and health at any time during the journey. Each participant must also be responsible for obtaining all required documents by the authorities of the countries visited, even in transit. For example, the only passage by the United States, even in transit, requires the holding of the biometric passport. Similarly, and regardless of the passport, it must be valid at least 6 months after the return date. See our sheets.
Puka Nina Perú is not responsible in case of rejection at the border.
Puka Nina Perú is not responsible for any delay or inability of a participant to present documents in order. It is also not responsible for any costs incurred by any delay or postponement of international flight that could destabilize the organization of the circuit and cause unexpected additional costs.
Any trip interrupted or shortened because of the participant for any reason whatsoever cannot give rise to any refund.
Risks:
Each participant is aware that given the nature of the trips we organize, he can run some risks due to the remoteness of medical facilities, road conditions, the adventurous character of certain circuits (including the mountain, hiking , shipments in all-terrain vehicle). He assumes informed consent and agrees not to blame for accidents that may occur at Puka Nina Peru or guides or different providers.
Force Majeure:
If circumstances dictate and in particular to ensure the security of the whole group, but also for climatic reasons or unforeseen events, Puka Nina Perú reserves the right directly or through its leaders to substitute a transportation, accommodation, a route to another, and dates or departure times, without the participants being entitled to compensation.
Each participant must comply with prudential regulations and follow the advice given by the escort or guide. Puka Nina Perú can not be held liable for accidents which are due to carelessness of an individual member. Puka Nina Perú reserves the right to expel any time a group of persons whose conduct may be regarded as endangering the safety or well-being of participants. No compensation is due.
If external events disrupt the normal running of the country (eg political and social unrest ...), Puka Nina Perú reserves the right to cancel a trip or to modify its content. In case of cancellation in case of force majeure, it will be retained by Puka NIna the deposit equal to the prepayment. In this case, cancellation insurance that the client has agreed to take has to relay Puka Nina.
Luggage:
Your luggage remain permanently under your own responsibility. Never leave your guide in charge of your luggage. He can not physically secure this task.
Aviation:
If your trip is changed due to a disruption of air traffic, we can not be held responsible. The resulting costs will remain your responsibility.
However, be aware that Puka Nina knows how to take responsibility and do everything possible to ensure optimum quality of its services. We have extensive experience and know to deal with contingencies.
